The Smith Mountain Lake Regional Chamber of Commerce is organizing a virtual holiday shopping event for local small businesses on Small Business Saturday, Nov. 28.  Small Business Saturday is part of the "Shop Small" movement initiated by American Express to encourage holiday shoppers to shop local on Nov. 28 and throughout the holiday season.
